Order Information & Policies

⭐️Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is individually handmade or made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to find a solution and make it right.

⭐️Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged by shipping, please send photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible. Once I review the issue, I will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem. 

⭐️Large Sizing & Packaging

Many of my products are available in a variety of sizes, including larger custom dimensions. Because of this, Iarger size orders are shipped in custom made shipping boxes. Made with love but with lots of tape! 

While these custom boxes may not always look as polished as standard retail packaging, they are designed to protect your order during transit. My priority is getting the item safely to you. 

⭐️Custom Orders

Custom orders are placed directly to me. We will discuss sizing, subject, and then I will give a quote. I typically get custom orders completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on detail and size. I take 50% deposit at the time of ordering, and the other 50% at the time of shipping. I will notify when the item is ready to be shipped, and ship the order once I receive the balance. These orders are paid by PayPal or Venmo. Orders can’t be cancelled, but if you cancel before the order is shipped you won’t be responsible for the remaining balance. Orders cancelled that have already been produced, are subject be sold to another customer. 

⭐️Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are shipped typically the next business day. Please note that orders placed on the weekend may not be shipped until the following  Monday. Custom orders are shipped 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Any delay will be communicated to the customer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. 

⭐️Color Information

Each item is individually made and may contain slight variations in appearance, color, texture, or finish. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.
